
“Off the Shelf”
Rebecca Hobbs is the readers’ advisory librarian at the Medina County District Library.
She is a Medina County native and grew up with a love for reading, which she fostered through visits to the Lodi Library.
As a 2013 graduate of Cloverleaf High School, Hobbs went on to attend The Ohio State University and Wayne State University.
She joined MCDL in 2021 as an associate at the Lodi Library and also worked in teen services at the Medina Library before settling into readers’ services.
She loves books and people who love books.Hobbs lives in Lodi with her family and chihuahua, Bean.
