Events will be included at the publisher’s discretion. Advertisers of this magazine get free calendar listings of their events as long as they fit the criteria. Non-advertisers can contact us for further information.

While we will always do our human best to accurately include all events submitted that follow the guidelines, there are no guarantees events will be included. We have no control over electronic/computer issues or the exact delivery date of the magazine due to fluctuations with the various service companies (post office, printer, etc.) involved with the delivery of the magazine.
